Return & Refund Policy

At Alchemy Crystal Co, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help — please read our return policy below so you know exactly where you stand.


Our Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes a purchase just isn't quite right. If you've changed your mind about your order, we're happy to accept a return within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Please note: For change of mind returns, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postage service as Alchemy Crystal Co cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we sincerely apologise and will make it right.

If your item is faulty or damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at alchemybottleco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault or damage
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
For faulty or damaged items: Alchemy Crystal Co will cover all return postage costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your return postage upon receipt of your item. Once received and inspected, we will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition
  • Items returned after the 14 day return window has passed
  • Items returned without proof of purchase
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at alchemybottleco@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your bottle for a different crystal, we are happy to help where stock allows. Please contact us at alchemybottleco@gmail.com  within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return postage for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at alchemybottleco@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

We aim to respond to all return requests within 1–2 business days. 🤍
