Alchemy Crystal Co is an Australian small business selling crystal infused water bottles. We are registered in Australia with an active ABN. Our store is operated through Shopify and our products are shipped from within Australia.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout including credit card and other payment options provided through our secure Shopify payment gateway.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia only unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Alchemy Crystal Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Alchemy Crystal Co passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit once dispatched, however we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues with your carrier.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Alchemy Crystal Co is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is outlined in full in our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service and can be found on our website. By purchasing from Alchemy Crystal Co you agree to the terms of our Return Policy.

In summary: we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Change of mind return postage is at the customer's expense. Faulty or damaged items will be covered by Alchemy Crystal Co.
