Thank you for shopping with Alchemy Crystal Co. We want your order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect. 🤍

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of Australia, please check back as we may expand our shipping in the future.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Australian public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During peak periods such as sale events, holidays and new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays with you via email as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship via Australia Post. The following estimated delivery timeframes apply once your order has been dispatched:

  • $12 Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days depending on your location within Australia
  • $18 Express Shipping: 1–3 business days depending on your location within Australia
  • Remote & rural areas: May experience longer delivery times than the estimates above

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer Free standard shipping on all orders $100 AUD and over.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Alchemy Crystal Co is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control including weather events, public holidays or high demand periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress directly on the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at alchemybottleco@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your crystal water bottle arrives safely and beautifully. Each order is carefully packed with protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. We are also mindful of minimising excess packaging where possible.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of placing your order. Alchemy Crystal Co is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at alchemybottleco@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at alchemybottleco@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information and we will work with you and Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For damaged parcels, please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage as these will be required when lodging a claim with Australia Post.

Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please refer to our Return Policy. We will cover all return postage costs for faulty or damaged items and will offer a full refund or replacement.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was undeliverable — for example due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from the post office, or the parcel being refused — we will contact you via email. Re-delivery of undeliverable parcels will incur an additional shipping charge.
